Sowful Blessings is the name of an urban farm and company that manufactures and distributes dried
spices, seasoning mixes, and herbal blends for residential food preparation. Our products are grown
and processed in Central Kentucky by a native Kentuckian.
Jitana Benton-Lee, the sole-proprietor of Sowful Blessings, is the mastermind behind the flavor
