What is Sowful Blessings?

Sowful Blessings is the name of an urban farm and company that manufactures and distributes dried spices, seasoning mixes, and herbal blends for residential food preparation. Our products are grown and process in Central Kentucky by a native Kentuckian

Jitana Benton-Lee, the sole-proprietor of Sowful Blessings, is the mastermind behind the flavor combinations in the seasoning mixes and herbal blends. As a 20+ year healthcare practitioner, she understands the relationship between health and the food we eat. She truly believes healthy food does not have to taste bad, and provides home cooks with delectable options to flavor food

As an honored member of the Kentucky Proud program, her mission is to produce herb and spice combinations that transform bland meals into savory dishes. Therefore, Sowing Seeds of Culinary Excellence is what she strive for at Sowful Blessings.
