Sowful Blessings is the name of an urban farm and company that manufactures and distributes dried spices, seasoning mixes, and herbal blends for residential food preparation. Our products are grown and process in Central Kentucky by a native Kentuckian. Jitana Benton-Lee, the sole-proprietor of Sowful Blessings, is the mastermind behind the flavor combinations in the seasoning mixes and herbal blends. As a 20+ year healthcare practitioner, she understands the relationship between health and the food we eat.
